Peanut Butter Dip

Wow, do people love this! This peanut butter dip with just 4 ingredients tastes like frosting! Perfect for apples, pretzels or fruit.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup full fat yoghurt preferably strained
  • ¼ cup all natural peanut butter or mango with chia seeds peanut butter as per choice
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Crushed peanuts, to garnish (optional)
  • Any seasonal fruit to serve as per choice (Green apple slices pretzels, strawberries, pineapple chunks, graham crackers, etc as per availability)


Instructions:

  1. Mix the yoghurt, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Serve with green apple slices. Store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
