Peanut Butter Smoothie

Here’s how to make the best peanut butter smoothie! With just 3 ingredients, it’s got the perfect sweet flavour and creamy texture.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons strawberry peanut butter with mix seeds
  • 2 medium ripe strawberries (Optional banana can also be used)
  • 1 ½  cups ice
  • ¾ cup milk or non-dairy milk (like almond, oat or coconut milk)


Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender, breaking the strawberry or banana into pieces. Blend until smooth.

Notes: If you like, add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract for more of a milkshake flavour.
